Bridges connects the Romanian diaspora with local communities across Europe, turning personal stories into collective memory.

Rooted in testimonies, family archives, and living memories, the performance "On the back of the photograph, lower left corner, lies everything I can’t forget about my mother" gives voice to both those who left Romania after 1989 and those who stayed. It speaks of journeys, joys, and pains, but also of the resilience, the care, and the fragile thread that still ties us together across borders.

Beyond the stage, the project opened dialogue through workshops, talks and community encounters, weaving the invisible connections that hold us, even when distance separates us.
